It is our pleasure to present a recorded version of the Fall 2020 performance of Robin Hood. Our original performances could not be held due to current circumstances, but the district rallied after Winter Break to allow us to record this performance. Please enjoy the hard work of our very talented students brought to you by the district. Tickets are free to purchase from the following website and are required in order to access the video. The video will be available starting at 1 pm on Saturday, January 16, 2021 and close on 1 pm on Saturday, January 30.

 Summary:

This action-packed drama brings the legends of Robin Hood to life with a cheeky script, plenty of parody, and even a hint of modern slang. Engaging and vividly drawn characters will lure you into the world of an outlaw, who only by chance finds himself a hero, bested often by the wise-cracking, superior swords person, Marian Harper. But, true to the legend, all ends well: The sheriff’s sleazy scheme to wed the young Ellen fizzles, King John’s vicious taxes are rescinded, the Sherwood Foresters are finally legitimized, and justice descends on England’s green and pleasant land. This action packed play is filled with sword fighting and swift dialogue and bound to entertain all!  “Robin Hood (Blamire)” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. www.concordtheatricals.com
